It is our approach to bring different fields of movement and inner practice into a platform where we can exchange, learn and develop in a physical and mental way.By achieving a sense for our body’s language we can learn about the resources and possibilities of the human body.Through our practice and coaching we aim to bring out some of the highest potentials in personal development.We want to mediate tools for an individual process and build up a community around our work.
